We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing a variety of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multitasking, communication, and problem-solving, with a passion for improving employee satisfaction and workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for all hires.
  • Develop job descriptions and manage job boards and recruitment tools.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional and fair manner.
  • Maintain a positive working environment by promoting open communication between management and staff.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems and tools.
  • Work with department heads to assess employee performance and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate regular performance review cycles and track employee progress.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with wage laws and organizational policies.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and make recommendations for salary adjustments and bonuses.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulation
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of employee data, benefits, and HR metrics.
  • Generate HR reports as required by management.

HR Policy Development & Implementation:

  • Assist in the development, updating, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with employment law changes and make policy recommendations based on best practices.

Training & Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions on HR-related topics, such as harassment prevention, performance management, and compliance.
