We are seeking a skilled video content developer to create engaging and informative videos for various training programs and awareness initiatives. The role involves producing orientation and explainer videos for bootcamp trainings, freelancing modules, and LMS usage, as well as animated content for program launches and cohort onboarding. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in video materials, optimize content for diverse platforms, and maintain organized archives for future use. This position plays a key role in enhancing learner experience and supporting training partners through standardized video resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop orientation guidance and explainer videos tailored for bootcamp trainings, freelancing modules, and LMS navigation.
- Create animated video content for awareness campaigns, program launches, and cohort onboarding processes.
- Produce clear and concise videos explaining application procedures, eligibility criteria, and verification steps.
- Collaborate with training partners to develop standardized learning videos that promote uniform understanding across different cohorts.
- Coordinate with program management, IT, and content teams to verify the accuracy and relevance of information presented in videos.
- Optimize video content for various platforms including LMS portals, social media channels, and mobile devices to maximize accessibility.
- Maintain a well-organized video archive with version control to support audits and enable content reuse.
- Produce success story videos to enhance outreach and showcase program impact.
- Support documentation efforts by capturing key events, orientations, and program activities through video.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in video production, including scripting, filming, animation, and editing.
- Strong ability to create educational and instructional video content.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content optimization.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
