Key Responsibilities
The Video Clipper will work full-time on-site in Lahore, reviewing both live and recorded RoundTable sessions to identify and extract key moments for short, engaging clips suitable for YouTube and other social media platforms. Daily tasks include trimming footage, adding simple visual elements such as captions and basic graphics, ensuring clean and balanced audio, and organizing clips by themes or educational topics. The role requires close collaboration with content creators to pinpoint highlight-worthy segments, adherence to brand guidelines regarding tone and style, and maintaining a steady publishing schedule. Additionally, the clipper must manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines consistently, and proactively suggest ways to enhance audience engagement through improved clip selection and presentation.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have demonstrated experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. A strong ability to identify compelling moments within long-form content and transform them into concise, engaging clips is essential. Attention to detail is critical, particularly in areas like cutting, transitions, audio levels, and continuity. Familiarity with YouTube and social media formats, including aspect ratios and best practices for short-form educational content, is required. Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary to accept feedback and align work with brand standards. The candidate must be able to work full-time on-site in Lahore and maintain a consistent schedule.
