Video Editing & Motion Graphics Specialist

Hashed Systems is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editing & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our Creative & Marketing team at our Lahore office. This full-time, onsite role requires a creative professional with advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to produce high-quality video content and engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital media that supports marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional efforts, while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional content, and digital advertisements.
- Design and animate professional motion graphics, visual effects, and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing tasks including color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production enhancements.
- Develop engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to translate creative concepts into impactful visual storytelling.
- Enhance videos by adding subtitles, sound effects, background music, and animations.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Stay current with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain project files, including raw footage and final deliverables, for efficient workflow management.

Required Qualifications

- Proven professional experience in video editing and motion graphics production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling techniques, transitions, and visual effects.
- Experience creating videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, sound design, and video optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, typography animation, and 2D animation principles.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
