Video Editing & Motion Graphics Specialist

Hashed Systems is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editing & Motion Graphics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other creative software, with the ability to craft high-quality video content and engaging motion graphics. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and a keen eye for visual storytelling to produce compelling digital media for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional content, and digital advertisements.
- Design professional motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and seamless transitions using Adobe After Effects.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing tasks including color correction, audio synchronization, and post-production enhancements.
- Develop engaging short-form video content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to translate creative ideas into impactful visual stories.
- Enhance videos by adding subtitles, sound effects, background music, and animations to improve viewer engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all video materials.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Stay current with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and industry best practices.
- Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and final deliverables efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video composition, storytelling techniques, transitions, and visual effects.
- Experience creating videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of color grading, audio editing, sound design, and video optimization.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, typography animation, and 2D animation principles.
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience working with creative agencies, digital marketing teams, or production houses.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and emerging creative technologies.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
- A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing video editing and motion graphics expertise.
- Experience with Figma (minimum 1 year) is preferred.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs90,000 to Rs100,000. Candidates should be available to join immediately.
