Video Editing / Photographer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photographer and Videographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that showcases our products, salon services, models, events, and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical expertise in photography and video editing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and social media teams to produce engaging content across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, salon services, models, events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring visually appealing and professional results.
- Edit videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms, focusing on creating engaging short-form and promotional content.
- Perform post-production tasks including color correction, color grading, retouching, sound editing, and seamless transitions to enhance the overall quality of the content.
- Ensure all output is in high-definition (HD) format and meets the brand’s visual standards.
- Manage technical aspects during shoots such as lighting, camera settings, framing, and composition to achieve the desired aesthetic.
- Coordinate closely with marketing and social media teams to align content creation with campaign goals and schedules.
- Maintain and organize photography equipment, video files, and project archives to ensure efficient workflow and easy retrieval.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to guarantee consistent posting and timely execution of campaigns.
- Plan shoots, campaigns, and promotional timelines proactively to meet deadlines and campaign objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of all creative projects.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in photography and videography, particularly in a commercial or promotional setting.
- Proficiency in video editing software and tools for color correction, grading, retouching, and sound editing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the specific content formats that perform well on each.
- Excellent technical skills in managing lighting, camera equipment, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining equipment and digital assets.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with marketing and social media teams.
