Video Editor – Gaming Shorts & Compilations

We are seeking a mature, creative, and dependable Video Editor to join our team, focusing on gaming Shorts, Reels, and video compilations. This full-time, on-site position is based near UCP, Lahore, offering a competitive salary during the probation period. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming content and a strong sense of storytelling tailored for short-form videos, ensuring engaging and polished final products.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit gaming Shorts and video compilations with smooth transitions and engaging pacing.
- Adhere to the editing style and quality standards set by the reference channel.
- Conduct research on gaming topics, trends, memes, and content ideas to keep videos relevant and fresh.
- Curate and select appropriate topics for upcoming video projects.
- Incorporate memes, captions, sound effects, and visual elements to enhance viewer engagement.
- Maintain consistency in editing style and overall video quality across all content.
- Deliver projects punctually with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with the desired style and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications
- Between six months to one year of relevant video editing experience.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of gaming culture, internet memes, and current trends.
- Strong grasp of pacing and storytelling techniques suitable for short-form content.
- Effective internet research skills to identify trending topics and ideas.
- Creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated maturity and responsibility in a professional work environment.
- Previous experience producing gaming Shorts or Reels is highly advantageous.
- Submission of a portfolio or relevant work samples is mandatory for consideration.
