Video Editor – Gaming Shorts & Compilations

We are seeking a creative and mature Video Editor based in Lahore to join our team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of gaming content, memes, and short-form videos, with a keen sense of pacing, storytelling, and editing style. This role involves creating engaging gaming shorts and compilations that align with a specific reference style. The position offers a salary range of PKR 50,000 to 60,000 during the probation period.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit gaming shorts and video compilations with clean, smooth transitions and engaging pacing.
- Maintain and follow the editing style of the provided reference channel consistently.
- Research gaming topics, trends, and content ideas to keep videos relevant and appealing.
- Select and curate appropriate topics for upcoming video projects.
- Incorporate memes, sound effects, captions, and visual elements where necessary to enhance viewer engagement.
- Ensure consistency in editing style and overall video quality across all content.
- Deliver projects on time while paying strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, demonstrating clean and professional editing skills.
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant video editing experience.
- Good understanding of gaming content, internet culture, and memes.
- Strong grasp of pacing and storytelling techniques suited for short-form content.
- Ability to research and identify trending gaming topics effectively.
- A mature, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience specifically with gaming Shorts or Reels will be considered a strong advantage.
