Video Editor (AI Ads & Brand Storytelling)

Kinetic Kube is seeking two mid to senior-level Video Editors specializing in AI Ads and Brand Storytelling. The ideal candidates will have a strong ability to transform briefs, footage, and product assets into engaging advertisements that capture viewers’ attention. Emphasis is placed on storytelling, compelling opening hooks, effective pacing, thoughtful font choices, animation, and sound design. This role focuses on editing and post-production, with no filming required.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble video content using provided footage and assets to create polished advertisements.
- Develop original ideas and execute them with high-quality storytelling techniques that resonate with audiences.
- Utilize Premiere Pro and After Effects proficiently to produce finished video ads.
- Incorporate tools such as Higgsfield and Google Flow to enhance video assets within the final product.
- Ensure that all video elements, including animation and sound design, contribute cohesively to the brand’s story.
- Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts and deliver videos that meet project briefs.
- Maintain attention to detail in pacing, font selection, and overall visual style to maximize viewer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a video editor at a mid to senior level, with a strong portfolio showcasing ads and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience using Higgsfield and Google Flow or similar tools for video asset creation.
- Ability to generate original ideas and execute them with polished, professional results rather than simple tool demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of pacing, animation, sound design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate personal contributions to each project.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Graphic design skills are considered a plus but are not mandatory.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulberg 2, Lahore.
- Competitive salary range from PKR 100,000 to 200,000 gross per month, commensurate with portfolio quality and skill level.
