Video Editor and Video Grapher

The Asset Makers is seeking a talented and imaginative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our team and produce high-quality visual content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging videos and graphics that align with our brand identity and appeal to our target audience. This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends. The position is based in Rawalpindi and requires in-person work with a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and longer property walkthrough videos.
- Manage technical aspects including color correction, audio cleaning and mixing, captions, subtitles, and motion graphics.
- Ensure all content maintains consistent branding and visual style.
- Generate creative ideas and incorporate current social media trends to enhance content engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software, with the ability to specify which software you primarily use.
- Ability to edit various types of content, including talking-head videos, cinematic shots, and property walkthroughs.
- Skilled in color correction and basic color grading techniques.
- Experience in cleaning and mixing dialogue and audio tracks professionally.
- Capability to create captions, subtitles, and text animations that complement video content.
- Must be located in Rawalpindi and able to work on-site.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by project needs.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs 25,000 to Rs 45,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
