Video editor and videographer (6pm-3am)

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to help build a personal brand from the ground up. This role goes beyond traditional videography or editing; it requires someone passionate about storytelling and social media who can produce world-class short-form content that captivates audiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Film high-quality Reels, vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit engaging short-form videos tailored for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Brainstorm fresh content ideas and assist in planning weekly shoots.
- Stay current with social media trends and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Create captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics as needed.
- Organize shooting schedules and maintain content calendars.
- Capture spontaneous moments throughout the day that can be transformed into valuable content.
- Repurpose footage from a single shoot into multiple pieces of content.
- Analyze video performance metrics and continuously optimize content for better engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shooting and editing short-form content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid knowledge of camera settings, framing, lighting, and audio techniques.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to accept feedback and improve continuously.
- Genuine passion for content creation and social media engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and photography.
- Graphic design skills for creating thumbnails and social media visuals.
- Background in managing social media accounts.
- Ability to produce content focused on Cars & Automotive, Business & Entrepreneurship, Productivity & Self-Development, Lifestyle & Travel, and behind-the-scenes insights into building companies.
