Video Editor / Animator

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor / Animator with strong expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects. The ideal candidate will transform raw footage and concepts into polished, engaging videos and motion graphics tailored for digital and social media platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, storytelling ability, and proficiency in various video formats and styles.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into finished videos such as reels, promos, ads, tutorials, and long-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual effects in After Effects.
- Design and animate logos, text, and infographics to enhance video content.
- Perform color correction and grading, audio cleanup, sound mixing, and syncing to ensure high-quality output.
- Add subtitles, captions, and music, adapting videos for different platforms and aspect ratios including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop content from briefs and storyboards into final deliverables.
- Manage and organize project files, assets, and footage libraries efficiently.
- Meet deadlines consistently while handling revisions based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, effects, and platform-specific formats to maintain relevance and creativity.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant video editing and animation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder.
- Strong skills in motion graphics, keyframe animation, masking, tracking, and expressions.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and timing in video production.
- Experience with color grading and audio editing techniques.
- Familiarity with export settings, codecs, and specifications for various social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with 2D/3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of videography and camera operation.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Understanding of trending short-form content styles, including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs 70,000 per month.
- This position requires in-person work at the designated office location.
