Key Responsibilities

- Edit video content tailored for multiple platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and other team members to meet project goals and creative expectations.
- Organize and manage media assets efficiently to facilitate easy access and reuse.
- Utilize creative techniques such as motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all videos meet industry standards, including proper audio levels and image clarity.
- Stay current with the latest video editing software and trends to keep final products fresh and relevant.
- Contribute to production planning by providing input on shooting and lighting setups when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and creative consistency despite tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated experience editing diverse video formats, including promotional, instructional, and social media content.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and the overall creative video production process.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond positively to constructive feedback.
