Veevo Tech is an innovative technology company delivering cutting-edge solutions across diverse sectors such as telecom VAS, IoT, SaaS, and cPaaS. We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor & Content Creator to independently manage the entire video production process—from initial concept through to the final cut—utilizing both traditional editing software and AI-driven creative tools. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute original ideas, visual storytelling, and creative direction rather than simply editing pre-provided footage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot (as needed), and edit daily video content including reels, shorts, product explainers, event recaps, testimonials, and social media-focused materials.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, and auto-captioning software alongside traditional editing platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut to enhance and accelerate production workflows.
- Create motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and maintain on-brand visual templates.
- Transform raw ideas and briefs from marketing, sales, and leadership teams into engaging, scroll-stopping content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and internal communications.
- Uphold and evolve Veevo Tech’s visual identity across all video assets.
- Stay current with emerging trends in reel formats, sounds, and editing styles, proactively suggesting innovative content ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams on campaigns, product launches, and event coverage.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive content library and asset bank for efficient reuse.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in video editing and content creation, whether agency, in-house, or freelance, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; skills in After Effects are highly desirable.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI video, audio, and image generation tools and integrating them into practical workflows.
- A strong creative eye for composition, pacing, color grading, sound design, and storytelling.
- Understanding of platform-specific content nuances (e.g., what performs best on Reels versus LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts).
- Basic shooting skills using phone or camera are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Submission of a portfolio or reel is mandatory for application consideration.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience creating content for technology or SaaS brands.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Background in scriptwriting or storyboarding.
- Prior experience in organically growing a brand’s social media presence.
