BaliTech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of social media trends. This role involves transforming raw footage and creative ideas into engaging videos that enhance our social media presence, support recruitment marketing efforts, and promote our brand through various campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit dynamic and engaging videos tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop video content specifically for recruitment campaigns, hiring advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.
- Produce promotional videos that effectively communicate the company’s brand identity and workplace culture.
- Incorporate transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and motion graphics as needed to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate closely with content and recruitment teams to create video concepts aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure all videos comply with platform-specific formatting, quality standards, and aspect ratio requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 1 year of relevant video editing experience.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Solid understanding of social media video formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong sense of timing, visual composition, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling video content.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and respond constructively to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is highly preferred.
- This position requires working on-site in Islamabad, allowing for direct collaboration with the team.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
