Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content tailored for various digital platforms. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, proficiency in video editing software, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, compelling videos.
- Create content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Incorporate transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, visual effects, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement to improve the overall visual and auditory experience.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop visually appealing content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all video projects.
- Organize and manage video assets and project files efficiently.
- Deliver completed projects within deadlines while upholding high production quality.
- Stay current with the latest video editing trends, AI tools, and evolving social media content formats.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling techniques and visual composition.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.

Work Schedule and Location

This is an onsite position requiring availability from Monday to Saturday. The role is based at our office, where close collaboration with the team is essential to meet project goals and maintain quality standards.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
