Key Responsibilities
- Edit captivating short-form videos tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create smooth transitions, animated captions, text effects, and other visual enhancements.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, background music, and B-roll footage to enrich video content.
- Develop engaging videos with strong hooks and seamless storytelling flow.
- Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistent video quality across all projects.
- Apply constructive feedback and ensure timely delivery of all assignments.
- Stay informed about the latest video editing techniques and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in CapCut video editing software is essential.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics and text animation.
- Understanding of video transitions, effects, pacing, and narrative structure.
- Familiarity with subtitles, sound design, and basic color correction techniques.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts video formats.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Access to a reliable laptop or PC and a stable internet connection.
- A portfolio or sample work showcasing your video editing skills is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
