Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Johar Town.
The VideoEditor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, and editing video content for various platforms, ensuring smooth transitions, clear narratives, and strong visual impact. Daily tasks include color correction, audio balancing, adding effects and graphics, and preparing final exports optimized for social media, web, and other channels. The role involves collaborating closely with directors, content creators, and other team members to interpret briefs, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent brand quality.
The VideoEditor is also expected to organize project files, manage media assets, and stay current with editing trends and tools.
Qualifications- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Ability to work with sound, color, motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Experience optimizing video content for digital platforms, including social media and web.
- Strong sense of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling, with attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a creative team on-site.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects, assets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in video production or a related field; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating recent work.
- Relevant education in film, media, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
