Video Editor

We are a growing content production team specializing in vlogs, reels, and brand content for a diverse range of clients. We are seeking a full-time Video Editor to take ownership of the post-production process and help deliver high-quality content consistently. This role involves editing both short-form and long-form videos, managing multiple client projects, and collaborating closely to maintain quality and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be proactive in improving editing workflows, including leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit reels, vlogs, and YouTube-style content for various clients, transforming raw footage into polished final products.
- Adhere to fixed posting schedules, with some clients requiring content twice weekly.
- Maintain a consistent visual style tailored to each client, including cuts, captions, sound design, and color grading.
- Implement feedback quickly to minimize revisions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize projects, footage, and exports meticulously to prevent any loss of material.
- Assist in testing and adopting AI-assisted editing tools to streamline repetitive tasks and speed up workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content such as reels, vlogs, and talking-head videos.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and caption integration.
- Basic skills in color correction and grading.
- Highly dependable, well-organized, and comfortable working under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI-assisted editing tools, including platforms like Higgsfield or auto-cutting workflows, is a plus.
- This is a full-time remote position based in Pakistan, offering steady and varied client work.
