Key Responsibilities
The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos, including both short-form content and longer narratives, while maintaining consistent quality and adhering to brand guidelines. Daily tasks include trimming and organizing clips, adding transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion and static graphics as needed. The role requires close collaboration with producers and creative leads to interpret briefs, refine video concepts, and meet production deadlines.

Additionally, the Video Editor will optimize video exports for various platforms, maintain well-organized project files, and contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in video production and editing, with experience managing projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and strengthen storytelling.
- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, and visual effects.
- Experience working with graphic assets such as overlays, thumbnails, and other visual elements tailored for different platforms.
- Strong command of industry-standard editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with motion graphics tools such as After Effects.
- A solid sense of pacing, basic sound design knowledge, and expertise in visual storytelling geared toward digital audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with creative and production teams on-site.
- A portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant video editing and motion graphics work.
