Video Editor

We are looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team in Karachi, DHA 6, working full-time on a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished and engaging video content suitable for platforms such as YouTube, social media, and websites. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all video projects align with the brand’s vision and messaging. The position offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs50,000 and Rs60,000, along with several attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage to create high-quality, engaging content tailored for multiple platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure video content accurately reflects the brand’s identity and objectives.
- Enhance videos by incorporating sound, graphics, special effects, and music.
- Organize and maintain video files, ensuring proper archiving and easy accessibility.
- Format videos to meet platform-specific requirements, optimizing the viewer experience.
- Review and revise content as needed to uphold high production standards.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and editing software to bring fresh ideas and techniques to projects.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a video editor, supported by a strong portfolio (portfolio submission is mandatory).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video composition, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Knowledge of animation or graphic design is an advantage.
