Devnest is seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with over 2 years of experience specializing in short-form social media content, particularly reels and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling videos that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance audience engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to deliver high-quality video content that aligns with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos such as reels and ads tailored for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and social content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual standards.
- Manage video editing projects from initial concept through to final delivery, meeting all deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining a smooth and creative workflow.
- Stay informed about the latest video editing trends, formats, and best practices for social media.
- Create static posts or motion-based visuals as needed to support content strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in editing short-form videos, including reels, ads, or user-generated content (UGC).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to produce both video and static visual content with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen sense of pacing and visual narrative.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a creative team.
- Capability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Location:
This position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 10, Karachi.

Working Hours:
The standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
