This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting viral short-form content, especially for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, as well as editing engaging long-form podcast episodes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts, focusing on viral editing techniques such as fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, and sound effects.
- Edit long-form podcast content into polished full episodes and create compelling highlight clips.
- Produce visually engaging edits designed to boost viewer retention, engagement, and shareability.
- Collaborate closely with the team to generate creative ideas and enhance overall content performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience editing viral short-form content, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Deep understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audience behavior.
- Proficiency in podcast editing, including audio cleanup, multi-camera synchronization, and maintaining storytelling flow.
- Skilled in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong capabilities in 2D animation and motion graphics, particularly for reel-style content.
- Ability to create engaging captions, subtitles, and on-screen graphics that complement the video content.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- A creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
