We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire video editing process across various projects such as social media content, advertising campaigns, reels, branded videos, and motion graphics. This role demands a keen eye for detail in assembling raw footage, selecting the best takes, cutting and sequencing clips, and applying transitions and effects to create smooth and engaging narratives that align with brand guidelines. The Video Editor will also perform color grading and sound refinement to ensure high visual and audio quality.

Collaboration is key in this role, as the Video Editor will work closely with creative directors, designers, and motion artists to maintain consistent visual standards. Additionally, the editor will contribute creative ideas to storyboards, support content optimization for multiple platforms, and manage project files efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for social media, ads, reels, and branded content.
- Apply transitions, effects, color grading, and sound enhancements to ensure professional quality.
- Collaborate with creative teams including directors, designers, and motion artists to maintain visual consistency.
- Contribute to storyboard development and creative ideation.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms to maximize engagement.
- Manage project files and workflows to ensure timely delivery of content.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong skills in video production and editing for both short-form and long-form content.
- Proficiency in video color grading to enhance visual consistency and quality.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphic design elements to create engaging visuals.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual composition tailored for digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced creative environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant education in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
