We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in video editing and content creation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of storytelling and visual aesthetics, along with practical experience using AI-powered tools to enhance and streamline the video production process. This role involves working closely with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging video content tailored for various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit compelling videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Perform video cutting, transitions, effects, audio synchronization, and color correction to ensure high-quality output.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, and visual effects as needed.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging content that aligns with project goals.
- Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to understand and meet project requirements.
- Optimize videos to meet the specifications and best practices of different social media platforms.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Utilize AI tools to support video editing, content creation, enhancement, captioning, and workflow automation.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in video editing, AI technologies, and social media content styles.

Required Qualifications

- At least 1 year of practical experience in video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, transitions, and color correction.
- Experience producing social media and marketing videos.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing and content creation, such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or comparable platforms.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is highly desirable.
