National Incubation Center Lahore (NIC Lahore) is a premier innovation hub established under the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Supported and funded by the Ministry of IT & Telecom and Ignite, NIC Lahore plays a pivotal role in fostering entrepreneurial growth and technology-driven development. We are currently offering a full-time internship opportunity for a Video Editor who will be responsible for managing the entire video production process. This role involves working closely with digital content and event teams to create visually compelling and brand-consistent videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end video production, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, and syncing audio to produce engaging content for digital platforms and events.
- Perform daily tasks such as color grading to maintain visual consistency, mood, and quality across all video materials.
- Create and integrate basic motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, animations, and other graphic elements to enhance video storytelling and ensure brand alignment.
- Utilize industry-standard editing and post-production software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar tools to deliver polished final outputs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback constructively, and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site working environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and apply visual storytelling techniques tailored for social media and various digital content formats.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in video production and editing, capable of managing the complete workflow from raw footage to final video output.
- Proficiency in video color grading to enhance the overall visual appeal and consistency of video content.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphic design to create and integrate visual elements that support storytelling.
- Familiarity with professional editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop.
- Strong visual storytelling ability and an understanding of digital content trends and social media formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, accept feedback positively, and perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant educational background in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
