Video Editor

We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team on a part-time basis, working daily to produce high-quality video content for multiple social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with our channel’s branding and storytelling style. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet a daily publishing schedule. The position is based on-site in Mustafa Town, Wahdat Road, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit daily YouTube videos, ensuring content is professional and engaging.
- Convert long-form videos into shorter formats such as Shorts and Reels suitable for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Incorporate clean cuts, smooth transitions, subtitles, B-roll footage, images, graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Maintain consistent channel branding, including fonts, captions, and visual style across all video content.
- Improve viewer retention and engagement by applying effective pacing and storytelling techniques.
- Perform basic audio cleanup, color correction, and overall video enhancement to ensure high production value.
- Deliver completed videos according to the daily publishing schedule without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience editing YouTube content, podcasts, talk shows, or documentaries with a strong understanding of audience retention strategies.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily deadlines consistently.
- Basic knowledge of AI video and image editing tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong storytelling skills and an understanding of what keeps viewers engaged on digital platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Application Process
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can independently handle the entire editing process from raw footage to a polished, publish-ready video with minimal supervision.
