The company is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging videos that showcase properties and support marketing efforts across both online and offline platforms. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure video content aligns with project goals and brand standards. The Video Editor will manage daily editing tasks such as trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and motion graphics, performing color grading, and integrating music and voiceovers. Maintaining an organized archive of video assets and consistently meeting deadlines are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate will proactively suggest creative visual enhancements to improve audience engagement and overall video quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into clear, compelling property and marketing videos suitable for various platforms.
- Apply both basic and advanced color grading techniques to ensure visual consistency and enhance the appeal of real estate visuals.
- Create and integrate motion graphics and basic graphic elements such as titles, overlays, and promotional features.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and maintain brand consistency across all video content.
- Manage video assets, organize archives, and ensure timely delivery of completed projects.
- Follow creative briefs closely and meet established deadlines.
- Proactively recommend visual improvements to increase viewer engagement and effectiveness of video materials.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong video editing and production skills, including experience handling raw footage and assembling final edits.
- Proficiency in color grading to maintain visual quality and consistency.
- Ability to create and incorporate motion graphics and basic graphic design elements.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and motion/graphics tools like After Effects and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of social media and digital platforms, with the capability to tailor video content for different channels.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
