Video Editor

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd., located in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join its Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role requires working Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and company branding. Additionally, the role involves video shooting and basic videography tasks to support various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging short-form videos such as Reels and Shorts to boost audience interaction.
- Shoot and record video content for social media, marketing campaigns, company events, and activities.
- Manage basic camera setup, including framing, lighting, and audio during video shoots.
- Enhance videos by adding transitions, visual effects, sound, subtitles, graphics, and other elements to improve overall quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop innovative video concepts and campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Ensure all video content maintains consistency with the company’s branding and visual identity.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final video assets efficiently.
- Review completed videos thoroughly for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before release.
- Deliver assigned projects within agreed deadlines, managing multiple tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Experience creating short-form content specifically for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Basic knowledge of videography, including camera handling, lighting, framing, and composition.
- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including transitions, effects, audio integration, subtitles, and graphic overlays.
- A creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
