The Video Editor role is a full-time, onsite position responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand standards. The successful candidate will handle the entire video production process, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, applying transitions and effects, and performing both basic and advanced color correction. This role also involves creating motion graphics, integrating graphic elements, and optimizing videos for various social media and web platforms. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to refine concepts and storyboards is essential. Additionally, the Video Editor will manage file organization, meet strict deadlines, and ensure all deliverables adhere to technical and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and edit raw video footage into polished sequences that meet client goals and brand guidelines.
- Apply transitions, effects, and color grading to enhance video quality and consistency.
- Design and animate motion graphics, titles, overlays, and other visual elements to complement video content.
- Optimize video formats for distribution across multiple social media channels and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to develop and refine video concepts and storyboards.
- Organize project files efficiently and maintain workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production with the ability to manage the end-to-end video creation process.
- Strong video editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, and applying effects tailored for digital and social media content.
- Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visually appealing and consistent output across projects.
- Competency in motion graphics and graphic design to create animated titles and visual elements.
- Skilled in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent storytelling ability, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Effective communication skills, dependable time management, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
