1Now, a New York-based software company, is developing an innovative platform for car rental businesses and Turo hosts, featuring Carisma, an AI agent available at 1now.ai. We are seeking a creative and efficient Video Editor to produce short, compelling video advertisements for Facebook, Instagram, and Google platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 2 years of experience who enjoys crafting short-form content and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging short video ads tailored for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos including Reels, Shorts, and product clips that capture viewer attention quickly.
- Incorporate captions, text overlays, music, and simple transitions to ensure videos are clear and visually appealing.
- Produce multiple versions of each ad with varying sizes, hooks, and lengths to support A/B testing.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate editing processes, including captioning and voiceover generation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to transform ideas and briefs into polished videos delivered on schedule.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing work, preferably including ads or short-form videos.
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience using AI-based tools for video editing, voiceovers, or design enhancements.
- A keen understanding of how to create videos that capture attention within the first few seconds.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
