Information Process Solutions (IPS) is seeking a talented and imaginative Video Editor to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong focus on AI-powered video creation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range based on experience and skills, and requires working on-site at the IPS Pakistan office.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos tailored for platforms such as Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content.
- Create AI-powered videos, animations, visuals, and innovative marketing materials.
- Develop engaging video concepts, motion graphics, visual effects, and promotional content that align with brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with social media, content, and marketing teams to transform scripts and creative briefs into compelling video productions.
- Ensure all video outputs maintain high quality, brand consistency, and are delivered within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in video editing and visual storytelling, including mastery of transitions, composition, and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong creative thinking skills, with attention to detail in color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to integrate AI-generated content seamlessly into professional video projects.
- Capability to adhere to brand guidelines, meet tight deadlines, and adapt videos for various social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Runway, Google Veo, Kling AI, Sora, Seedance, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven animation, motion graphics, and visual effects workflows.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as CapCut, Canva, stock footage libraries, and an understanding of social media video format requirements.
