Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team and produce engaging, high-quality video content tailored for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition, a strong creative mindset, and the ability to deliver projects on time. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work both independently and collaboratively to bring visual stories to life while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing, promotional, and other digital content.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing tasks including cutting, transitions, effects, color correction, and audio synchronization.
- Use Adobe Audition for audio editing, noise reduction, mixing, and sound enhancement.
- Develop creative concepts and editing styles tailored to each project’s requirements.
- Select appropriate footage, music, graphics, and sound effects to create compelling and engaging videos.
- Ensure all videos are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and suitable for the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, and creative techniques.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition.
- Creative mindset with excellent visual storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, music, and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and short-form video content formats.
- This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
- The role requires working in person at the designated location.
- Candidates with 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
