We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content that supports marketing, social media, advertising, and brand storytelling efforts. Collaborating closely with the creative team, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life while ensuring all videos align with our brand’s visual standards and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into final, high-quality videos.
- Enhance videos by incorporating transitions, music, sound effects, graphics, and text overlays.
- Perform color correction and visual enhancements to ensure consistent quality across projects.
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to understand project goals and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized project files and strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong grasp of storytelling techniques, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with audio mixing, color grading, and basic motion graphics.
- Ability to follow creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous video editing work is essential.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience creating content specifically tailored for social media platforms.
- Ability to edit vertical videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
