The Video Editor will work closely with the marketing team to enhance our digital presence and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit a variety of video content including reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and project updates.
- Develop engaging videos optimized for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Incorporate transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.
- Focus on editing real estate videos that attract and engage viewers, supporting lead generation efforts.
- Ensure all videos meet high-quality standards and are delivered within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing and creating content specifically for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- A creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends and audience preferences.
- Must have their own laptop or editing system capable of handling video production tasks.
- Ability to work on-site and consistently meet project deadlines.
