Video Editor

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Video Editor and Animator to join our team. This role focuses on producing dynamic and visually captivating reels tailored for social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense, expertise in color grading, and familiarity with AI-based tools to improve video production efficiency. Experience working in an agency environment will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality reels optimized for various social media channels.
- Perform advanced color grading to enhance the visual appeal of video content.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline and elevate video production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to generate innovative and unique content ideas.
- Stay informed about the latest social media video trends and ensure content complies with platform-specific requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Video Animator and Editor, supported by a strong portfolio (mandatory).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and color grading tools like DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Familiarity with AI-based video tools such as Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, or equivalents is highly desirable.
- A creative mindset with exceptional storytelling and visual design skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Video Editor in an agency setting.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience producing content specifically for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of sound design and audio editing techniques.
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs150,000.
- Full-time position based in Rawalpindi, requiring reliable commute or relocation prior to starting.
- Onsite working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pakistan Time.
