- Develop 5 to 10 episode series from client projects that maintain audience anticipation and engagement.
- Incorporate motion graphics, kinetic typography, fast transitions, and clear captions to enhance storytelling.
- Apply sound design elements such as risers, whooshes, hits, and strategic silences to emphasize humor and plot twists.
- Export videos in appropriate formats for different social media platforms (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
- Edit long-form documentary-style case studies (8 to 20 minutes) using interviews, screen recordings, and office footage, maintaining a high-quality standard comparable to MagnatesMedia.
- Craft compelling narratives that clearly present client problems, development processes, twists, and results.
- Edit client testimonial videos for YouTube and the company website.
- Collaborate with the founder on designing eye-catching thumbnails and titles to maximize clicks.

- Transform screen recordings of code, dashboards, and AI agents into visually engaging content.
- Organize footage, project files, and brand assets meticulously.
- Adhere strictly to Wanile’s brand style in every video.
- Monitor video performance metrics such as views, watch time, and retention, using insights to improve future content.
- Meet weekly publishing deadlines consistently without supervision.
Required Qualifications
