Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with attention to pacing and storytelling.
- Create short-form content such as Shorts, Reels, and TikTok clips that capture audience interest quickly.
- Provide support in designing thumbnails and graphics to complement video content.
- Collaborate with creators and brands to produce content that aligns with their vision and goals.
- Work efficiently from creative briefs and meet agreed-upon deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Demonstrated experience editing both short-form and long-form YouTube content.
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and storytelling techniques to engage viewers effectively.
- Reliable in managing deadlines and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout projects.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant video editing work that highlights your skills and style.
