- Edit long-form content including YouTube videos and podcasts, ensuring smooth pacing, compelling storytelling, and clean transitions.
- Adhere to client-specific style guides and meet established turnaround deadlines consistently.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project progress and respond constructively to client feedback.

Required Qualifications
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in both short-form and long-form video editing; the quality of work is prioritized over years of experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable turnaround times and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with international clients across different time zones.
