Video Editor - Weddings

We are seeking a talented Mid–Senior Video Editor to join our team in Soan Garden, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position focuses primarily on editing wedding films. The ideal candidate views editing as an art form—more than just assembling clips, they craft compelling stories that capture the emotion and essence of each moment. You will play a key role in shaping narratives that resonate deeply with viewers, using your creative judgment to bring footage to life.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit wedding films with a strong emphasis on storytelling and emotional impact.
- Review and manage large volumes of footage, identifying the most meaningful moments to include.
- Make creative decisions regarding pacing, music, sound design, and overall narrative flow.
- Work independently, taking full ownership of the editing process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the final product meets high standards of quality and creativity.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing, specifically with wedding films or similar narrative-driven projects.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with a keen sense of how to structure a story that engages viewers.
- Strong command of English, particularly in understanding dialogue, speeches, and vows.
- Excellent sense of pacing, music selection, emotion, and sound design to enhance the viewing experience.
- High attention to detail and refined creative judgment.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and storytelling talent, especially in wedding or narrative films.
