Video Editor/Reel Creator (On-site Night Shift)

The Video Editor/Reel Creator role is an on-site position based in Karachi. This role focuses on planning, editing, and producing short-form video content and reels that showcase the company’s products, technology, and brand stories. The position requires assembling raw footage, applying color correction, adding motion graphics, and incorporating visuals and text overlays that align with the brand identity. The Video Editor/Reel Creator will work closely with marketing and product teams to interpret creative briefs, refine concepts, and deliver engaging content for social media, presentations, and digital campaigns. Additionally, the role involves maintaining organized video asset libraries and optimizing content based on performance metrics and feedback. This is a night shift position, with working hours from 8 PM to 4 AM, and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, edit, and produce short-form video content and reels that highlight company products and brand stories.
- Assemble raw footage, perform color correction, and apply motion graphics and text overlays consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to interpret briefs and refine creative concepts.
- Deliver polished and engaging video content tailored for social media platforms, presentations, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain organized video asset libraries for easy access and future use.
- Continuously optimize video content based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all video projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production and video editing.
- Proficiency in video color grading to maintain consistent, high-quality visuals.
- Experience with motion graphics and graphic design to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, adhere to brand guidelines, and deliver content within tight deadlines.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media formats and best practices for video content.
- Relevant education or training in media production, film, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
