Video grapher

DevExcel IT Solutions, an AI-native software development agency, is seeking a full-time Videographer to join their team in Lahore. The company specializes in transforming complex ideas and manual operations into secure, scalable digital products by combining senior engineering expertise with AI-accelerated development. With a strong presence in various industries such as staffing, recruitment, security workforce, field service, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce, DevExcel has successfully completed over 100 projects across 40+ countries since 2021. The Videographer will play a key role in creating compelling video content that supports marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, client case studies, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various purposes including marketing, product demos, and internal communications.
- Operate cameras and related equipment, ensuring proper setup of lighting and audio both in studio and on-location.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into engaging visual stories.
- Organize and manage raw footage, provide input during editing and post-production phases to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Maintain video equipment and ensure readiness for all shoots.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including shoot planning, logistics coordination, and managing end-to-end production workflows.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling various camera systems and accessories confidently.
- Expertise in lighting setup and adjustment for both indoor and outdoor environments to achieve professional visual quality.
- Skilled in shooting video with a keen eye for composition, framing, movement, and storytelling across diverse settings.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including basic color correction techniques.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual arts, or related fields is preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography work is highly desirable.
