Video & Graphic Designer Expert

We are seeking a talented and creative Video & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both video editing and graphic design, with a keen eye for modern visual trends, branding, storytelling, and social media content. This role involves producing engaging videos, graphics, promotional materials, and other visual assets that effectively represent our brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Edit both short-form and long-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, ads, and promotional content.
- Design compelling graphics for social media posts, advertisements, presentations, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects as needed.
- Transform creative concepts and briefs into visually appealing content.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all video and graphic outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Select appropriate music, footage, images, typography, colors, and visual effects to enhance content.
- Retouch and enhance images when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in design, video editing, social media, and visual content.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, and social media requirements.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with creating paid social media advertisements.
- Photography or image editing experience.
- Awareness of current social media content trends.
- Experience working with AI-based creative and design tools.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, reliable professional who is passionate about visual storytelling. The successful candidate should be able to take simple ideas and transform them into polished, engaging content that captures attention and clearly communicates the intended message.

Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
Location: On-site
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Salary Range: Rs50,000 to Rs80,000 per month
