We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Producer/Editor to oversee the entire video production process from concept development to final delivery. This role involves planning and directing video shoots, guiding the videographer on set, and editing footage into polished content tailored for social media platforms, the company website, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling, technical expertise in video editing software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging video concepts and detailed storyboards in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Direct the videographer on camera angles, lighting setups, framing, and shot lists to ensure high-quality footage.
- Edit videos by performing cutting, color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics integration, subtitles, and music overlay.
- Deliver final videos in appropriate formats optimized for various platforms such as Reels, YouTube, TikTok, website content, and advertisements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content.
- Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Organize and archive raw footage and project files systematically for easy retrieval.
- Analyze video performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video production and social media to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Mass Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both direction and editing capabilities.

Skills and Competencies

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential; experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of production fundamentals including camera operation, lighting techniques, audio capture, and storytelling principles.
- Leadership skills to provide clear direction to videographers and collaborate effectively with designers and marketing professionals.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions quickly.
