Videographer and editor

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging influencer-focused video content, demonstrating confidence in handling both indoor and outdoor shoots. This role requires the ability to create premium-quality videos optimized for various social media platforms, ensuring content is visually appealing and aligned with current trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Edit video content tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media channels.
- Perform professional color correction and advanced color grading to maintain a consistent and premium visual style.
- Incorporate clean cuts, smooth transitions, captions, sound design, and precise audio syncing to enhance video quality.
- Deliver polished, high-quality content within deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography and short-form video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Excellent skills in color grading and storytelling to create compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of current social media trends and audience retention strategies.
- Ability to write scripts or contribute creative content ideas effectively.
- Familiarity with viral hooks and content strategy to maximize engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Schedule
- Basic photography skills are considered an advantage.
- Location: Karachi, with on-site presence required for shoots.
- Shooting days are scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Editing work offers flexibility and can be completed either from home or the office.
