Videographer & Editor

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Editor with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and a sharp eye for detail. This position involves managing all stages of video production, from initial concept development through to final editing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the creative team to fully understand project goals and objectives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content tailored for various platforms including social media, websites, and broadcast channels.
- Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting setups, and audio devices to ensure smooth production.
- Guarantee technical excellence in all video shoots, focusing on lighting, sound quality, and composition.
- Edit footage using industry-standard software to produce polished and professional final videos.
- Integrate graphic elements and special effects as required to enhance the visual storytelling.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and continuously develop videography and editing skills.
- Organize and manage video archives, maintaining clear and accessible records of all production assets.
- Efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Videographer & Editor, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound management.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
- Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with the skill to visually bring ideas to life.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience creating content for diverse media platforms is an advantage.
- Knowledge of video formats, compression techniques, and digital workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and meet tight deadlines consistently.
