Videographer & Editor

MGC Developments is seeking a skilled Videographer and Video Editor to join their team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content, including real estate tours, promotional advertisements, corporate events, and social media materials. This role requires a creative professional who can manage all aspects of video production, from shooting to post-production, ensuring engaging and visually appealing results that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos such as property walkthroughs, events, podcasts, and interviews.
- Edit raw footage into compelling short-form reels and long-form videos suitable for various platforms.
- Perform audio recording, color grading, basic motion graphics, and sound mixing to enhance video quality.
- Manage and maintain production equipment and keep an organized media archive for easy access and retrieval.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing, with a preference for candidates who have worked in real estate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential; experience with DaVinci Resolve is considered an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of operating mirrorless or DSLR cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
- Submission of a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is mandatory with the application.
