Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative videographer to join our team, specializing in producing dynamic short-form content for various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging reels, shorts, corporate videos, and other social media content that aligns with our brand’s vision. This role requires a hands-on approach to the entire production process, from conceptualizing ideas to final editing, ensuring content is visually appealing and optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver fresh, trend-aware videos that capture audience attention.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit reels, shorts, corporate videos, and social media content with a focus on quality and engagement.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and shot ideas tailored for short-form video formats.
- Manage end-to-end production, including shooting, lighting, audio capture, editing, and basic color grading.
- Produce fast-paced, visually compelling content optimized specifically for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure video content aligns with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
- Stay current with evolving social media trends, formats, popular sounds, and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in videography or content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in reels, short-form videos, or social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting, audio recording, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
