We are seeking a passionate Junior Multimedia Designer & Videographer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual stories through video and multimedia content. You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring innovative ideas to life, from initial concept through to the final edit. This full-time, on-site position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, offering a competitive salary with room for negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, and business content.
- Confidently set up and operate cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, lighting, and microphones.
- Edit engaging videos, reels, and promotional materials using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assist with basic photo editing and graphic design tasks to support multimedia projects.
- Create and adapt visual content optimized for various social media platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and stands out in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in video shooting and handling camera equipment.
- Familiarity with production accessories such as gimbals, lighting setups, microphones, and tripods.
- Proficiency in video editing software, specifically CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing tools.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work demonstrating your skills and creativity is preferred.
