The Videographer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Peshawar. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing video content that supports hospital communications, patient education, staff training, and promotional activities. This role requires working closely with various hospital departments to ensure that visual materials effectively convey the intended messages while adhering to privacy, consent, and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize video shoots, including scheduling and coordinating with hospital staff.
- Set up and operate video equipment in both clinical and non-clinical environments.
- Capture high-quality footage that aligns with the hospital’s communication goals.
- Edit and produce video content using professional software to create polished final products.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to understand specific messaging and visual requirements.
- Maintain and archive video files systematically for easy retrieval and future use.
- Ensure all video content complies with hospital policies regarding patient privacy, consent, and safety.
- Uphold consistent visual standards that align with the hospital’s brand and communication guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in video production, including planning, shooting, and editing video content.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling various types of video equipment.
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques and video shooting to produce clear, professional visuals.
- Experience working in healthcare, corporate, or educational videography is advantageous.
- Competence in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in producing engaging video content.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both clinical and administrative staff.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
